These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of MedVyas, a WhatsApp-based clinic communication and management platform operated by Vyas Systems, Hyderabad, India. By using MedVyas, a clinic agrees to these Terms.
MedVyas provides AI-assisted classification and response to patient WhatsApp messages, appointment management, reminders, and clinic communication analytics. MedVyas is a communication and workflow tool — it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and all clinical decisions remain solely the responsibility of the treating doctor.
Clinics using MedVyas agree to:
MedVyas uses AI to classify and respond to routine patient messages. Messages identified as urgent or requiring clinical judgment are escalated to clinic staff or the doctor. MedVyas does not replace professional medical judgment.
Access to MedVyas is provided on a subscription basis as agreed at signup. Fees, billing cycles, and included usage limits are communicated at the time of subscription and may be updated with prior notice.
Patient and clinic data entered into MedVyas remains the property of the respective clinic. MedVyas acts as a data processor on behalf of the clinic.
MedVyas is provided "as is." While we strive for high reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for indirect damages arising from service interruptions, except where required by law.
Either party may terminate service in accordance with the terms agreed at subscription. Upon termination, clinics may request export of their data within a reasonable period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MedVyas after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana.
